Over four weekly sessions you'll find out, in depth, all you need to know about the wonderful world of food and your baby. We cover everything we cover in our other classes and more.
Whether you love cooking or hate cooking this course is full of helpful tips and ideas to make sure your weaning journey with your child is enjoyable. Each week is a full cookery class. We will cook a range of delicious recipes, whilst discussing all nutrition and weaning related topics.
Each session will include at least three recipes and will be a combination of demonstrations and hands on cooking.
Bring your baby along, there will be a soft play area for them and lots of food for them to try.
Each week you will leave with at least 4 portions of food for your baby which are all suitable for the freezer and copies of the recipes.
Whether you're a new parent looking for guidance or a seasoned one needing some new tips and ideas this class is perfect for you. An intensive half day session covering the when, why and how of weaning. Whilst cooking four tasty recipes all weaning related topics will be covered such as:
Bring your baby along for a relaxed and fun session. There will be plenty of tasters for your little one and you'll leave with at least 6 portions for your freezer. All ingredients are supplied, pots to take your food home in as well as refreshments.
For all things finger food and we're not just talking breadsticks! This class is suitable for parents looking for ideas for interesting finger foods to use alongside purees or for those following the baby led weaning method and needing some new ideas. Cook a range of nutritionally balanced finger foods for your child to feed to themselves.
We will cook lots of different finger foods and you will get to take home six portions for your baby to enjoy.
Bring your little one along, there will be toys and a soft area for them and lots of tasters to nibble.
All ingredients and refreshments are supplied as well as pots to take your food home.
Inspirational meal ideas for the whole family. If you need new tips and ideas for feeding your family well come along for an evening of delicious and nutritious recipes that will appeal to all.
The session is a combination of hands on cooking and demonstration with lots of tips and ideas for cooking for and with your little ones. How to cook one meal that is suitable for the whole family, one pot dishes, how to make sure your little ones are eating a balanced diet, healthy lunch box and snack ideas and sugar free/low sugar puddings will be just some of the topics covered.
We will cook at least 4 meals during the evening and you will leave with copies of the recipes and at least 6 portions of food to take home.
